Fill out our newly designed Order Form. It is designed to act as a detailed preliminary interview to give us a great upfront idea of what you need.  The form is quick and easy to fill out, and each category has it's own question/comments box to cover special requests.

After corresponding with you to nail down the details, we will send you an itemized invoice. After you confirm everything looks good, we'll send you a Paypal invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your place in line.

We like a client/consultant approach when helping you plan the details of your custom board. There are far too many options and choices available to hope to cover everything with a shopping cart or even our order form. This is a great advantage for you and one of the things that makes our finished products special. It also can make it difficult to keep up with all the emails that come in. Because of this, we continue to add info and answers to our website to cover as many questions as possible. To help us serve you better, please scroll down and check for FAQ answers before inquiring through the contact form below. If you have questions regarding a specific feature, you can find a lot of info in the Options pages.

That said, we love to hear from you! Feel free to throw out questions, ideas, or ask advice on anything you like.

All orders are started on a first come first serve basis. The build time varies depending on order volume at any given time. Orders are currently being completed in about 6-7 months. We will let you know your estimated lead time before billing.

If you'd like to get locked in the wait line but don't have all your order details figured out, it's fine with us to work out a "rough draft" invoice for the deposit and work out the details during the wait time.

There is very little assembly-lining possible with the nature of our custom orders. Once we begin the building process on your pedalboard it's finished quickly. This means if you'd like to send us your pedals for a full-board set-up, in most cases you will only be without your pedals far about a week.

Submit your order by following the procedure at the top of the page. A 50% deposit is due to secure your place in the wait list. Additionally, all Loop-Master products must be paid in full as they must be ordered right away.  The final 50% is due before the building process begins.

If you'd like to get locked in the wait line but don't have all your order details figured out, it's fine with us to work out a "rough draft" invoice for the deposit and work out the details during the wait time.

Paypal is our standard payment method and only method of credit card payment. Contact us to make other payment arrangements.

Do we ship to your country? YES! We are willing to ship anywhere. How much will shipping cost? In most cases a lot! Pedalboards have to be shipped in large boxes that sometimes exceed the limits of what can be shipped internationally at lower 6-10 day shipping rates. This varies by country. Additional customs fees often apply once the shipment reaches your country.

We are working on an international shipping rate chart. Until that is available, a rough S&H estimate for Britain, and the EU is $150-$250 and Australia is $300-$350 depending on size and size limits specific to your country. In some cases, our larger size boards exceed the limits of the US post all together and have to be shipped via Fedex. This can be very expensive.

Most of our power options are available in countries using voltage other than 120v but may incur extra cost to special order parts.
Our standard pilot lights are LEDs powered on 120v AC. Countries with other AC voltage can order pilot lights with a 9v LED bulb but will have to be powered through a 9v DC power supply.

All our pedalboards are custom-built to your exact personal needs and style and are therefore non-refundable. We correspond with all our customers extensively and make every effort to ensure your order arrives just as you imagine it.

If you've paid for an order and wish to cancel it before the building process has been started, your deposit will be refunded after a 10% order fee, plus the cost of any special order materials which have already been purchased.  If the building process has been started, in some cases we can offer a partial refund.

We will send you a fully detailed invoice to look over and approve before payment. We use this same invoice for reference when building your order. Please verify the details carefully to ensure accuracy and that nothing has been forgotten. We do not take responsibility for discrepancies between the final customer approved invoice, and what may have been discussed or implied in an email thread, phone call, or picture.

Any changes made to your order during the wait time will be re-invoiced and again submitted for your approval before beginning the building process.

Pedalboards come with a one-year warranty covering parts and workmanship. This does not cover user damage, normal wear and tear or improper Velcro use (see below). We use the highest quality parts available and expect our pedalboards to last a lifetime. We don't, however, expect them to be indestructible. Think amplifier materials. If a problem should arise, let us know. We will do what we can to help even outside of warranty.

Helweg tops are covered with Velcro brand’s highest strength loop to ensure your pedals stay safely attached to your pedalboard. Modern hook and loop products are so strong the bond can actually rival the strength of the adhesive connecting them to your board and pedals. To ensure long life of your pedalboard top and pedal collection, extra care should be taken. To avoid Velcro pulling away from boards and paint ripping off pedals, do not “rip” pedals off using excessive upward force. Instead, lift gently while sliding a credit card or putty knife between the hook and loop to break the bond.

Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our pedalboards and because almost all of our customers would technically qualify, we can't afford to offer "artist" discounts. We can however offer quantity discounts for multiple similar boards that can be assembly-lined.
