With a power supply mounted under the pedalboard, the best way to connect to an outlet is with a power connector mounted on the board.
An internal patch cable links the connector to your power supply. Keep your power supply tucked neatly out of sight. To set up, simply plug in the pedalboard. Nice. A power connector can be mounted to either side of the frame, or the top of the pedalboard. We use a standard IEC connector. Widely used to power amps and power supplies, including all Voodoo Lab power supplies. It's the perfect connector for pedalboard application. |
We can pre-install the internal patch cable (or cables) to the power connector so your board is fully wired right out of the box. Multiple patch cables can be wired to a single connector. This means your board will only need ONE connector, even with two or three power supplies inside. Specify if you need a patch cable(s) with an IEC end - perfect for direct connect to most power supplies, or an AC outlet end (like the end of an extension cord) for powering a single DC adapter, One-Spot, or anything with a regular AC plug.
